Hi, I'm Nicole Natiello Kaleta, founder of Reserved Hospitality and the owner of a boutique luxury vacation rental management company serving Anna Maria Island, Florida.

For nearly a decade, I've built and led a hospitality business dedicated to creating exceptional guest experiences, cultivating trusted owner relationships, and protecting the character of the destination we call home. What began with a passion for hospitality and real estate evolved into a thriving, women-owned company managing a curated portfolio of luxury vacation homes and serving thousands of guests from around the world.

My path into hospitality wasn't traditional.

Before entering the vacation rental industry, I worked in healthcare technology and business operations as a Nurse Analyst, helping bridge the gap between clinical teams, technology, and process improvement. That experience taught me how to build systems, solve complex operational challenges, analyze data, and create efficient workflows, skills that continue to influence how I approach hospitality today.

Long before that, I was learning the fundamentals of real estate and property improvement by helping my mother renovate, update, and transform homes. Those early experiences sparked a lifelong appreciation for design, functionality, guest experience, and the value of thoughtful investment.

When I launched my hospitality business, I started as a one-woman operation, personally handling every aspect of management. From maintenance coordination and property inspections to answering phones and emails around the clock, managing guest concerns, overseeing housekeeping, and supporting homeowners, I learned the business from the ground up. Those hands-on experiences gave me a deep understanding of what it takes to successfully operate vacation rentals and deliver exceptional service at every touchpoint.
