Service Description

Six-Month Minimum Commitment $415/month x 6 months Includes monthly consulting calls in addition to ongoing support and accountability following the vacation rental launch intensive. This advisory program is designed to guide owners through the critical first months of operation while helping avoid common mistakes and build strong hospitality foundations. You'll have access to an experienced operator who can help navigate challenges, answer questions, review decisions, and provide strategic guidance as your business grows. Cancellation Policy

Scheduling All consulting sessions, strategy calls, audits, advisory services, and educational offerings must be scheduled in advance through the Reserved Hospitality website or an approved scheduling method. Appointments are confirmed only upon receipt of payment, when applicable. Discovery Calls Complimentary Discovery Calls are limited to 15 minutes and are intended solely to determine service fit and discuss potential engagement opportunities. Discovery Calls do not include consulting, operational recommendations, business strategy, property analysis, or implementation guidance. Strategy Sessions Vacation Rental Strategy Sessions and Hospitality Strategy Sessions are conducted virtually unless otherwise agreed. Clients are responsible for arriving on time and ensuring access to the required technology for participation. Rescheduling Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours notice. Requests received less than twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled appointment may be considered forfeited and are not guaranteed to be rescheduled. No-Shows Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will forfeit the session and any associated fees. Refunds Completed consulting sessions, advisory services, audits, educational programs, and digital products are non-refundable. Please refer to the Refund & Cancellation Policy for additional details. Advisory Programs Recurring advisory programs and subscription-based services may be subject to minimum commitment periods as described in the applicable service offering. By enrolling in a recurring service, Client authorizes Reserved Hospitality to charge the payment method on file according to the selected billing schedule. Client Preparation Clients are encouraged to provide any requested documentation, questionnaires, property information, financial information, or supporting materials prior to scheduled sessions to maximize the value of consulting services. Right to Refuse Service Reserved Hospitality reserves the right to decline, cancel, or terminate services at its discretion if a potential or existing engagement is determined not to be a good fit, presents a conflict of interest, involves inappropriate conduct, or falls outside the scope of services offered.
